PROGRESSIVE INTERVAL WORKOUTS

Below you will find links to 4 separate workouts. Two Sculpt  and Two Cardio/Burst Workouts(1 Intermediate and 1 Modified). Simply alternate between the Sculpt and Cardio/Burst workouts to complete a weekly routine.

Sculpt

Start with this workout. Complete it on days 1, 3, and 5. If it is too difficult for your current fitness level, download the Modified Sculpt Workout below.

Alternate this workout with the Sculpt Workout. Complete it on days 2, 4, and 6. If it is too diffucult for your current fitness level, download the Modified Cardio Burst Workout.
