  3. Replace time sucking workouts with small Power Shots, and Slow Flow to build long lean muscle in a fraction of the time. 
  4. Work on CUSTOM food choices for your unique needs and tastes. There is NO one diet fits all, we all need a different mix of nutrients, and portions. The old days of 3 meals and 2 snacks does NOT work for 90% of the population. Learn what WORKS for you.
